All plans to remodel or redecorate your leased premises must be reviewed and approved and by the Landlord prior to the commencement of any work, pursuant to the terms and conditions of your respective Office Lease.

Remodeling/redecorating work can be either minor or major and may include but limited to the following:

• Installing electrical or telephone / data outlets
• Installing or relocating light fixtures
• Plumbing work
• Relocating doors
• Repairing carpets
• Installing new carpet
• Adding or removing walls
• Painting or wallcovering
• Addition or removal of an office
• Any other modification to your leased premises
